We build games where every choice costs something.
Henry Gaming is a small independent studio in Canada making tense, high-stakes multiplayer experiences in Unreal Engine 5.

Untitled Extraction Shooter
Drop in, fight for what matters, and get out alive. What you carry out, you keep.
Our first game is a competitive extraction shooter that moves between third- and first-person. You drop into a contested map, fight other squads for the gear worth taking, and try to reach an extraction before the map closes on you.

Third and first person
Third-person for traversal and awareness, first-person when the fight tightens — each view earns its place instead of being a toggle.
Extraction stakes
What you extract, you keep. What you were holding when you went down, you do not. Every run is a decision about when to leave.
Readable combat
Clear silhouettes, honest audio, and gunplay you can learn — the competitive clarity of a hero shooter inside a battle-royale map.
Built in Unreal Engine 5
Nanite geometry and Lumen lighting on a dedicated-server netcode stack tuned for squad-scale firefights.
How we work
Small on purpose
A handful of people who all touch the game. No layer of process between deciding something and shipping it.
Systems over set pieces
We build rules that generate stories instead of scripting the story ourselves. The best moments should surprise us too.
Ship on real hardware
Every build runs on the target machine, not just the dev box. Performance is a feature, not a post-launch patch.
